**Narrative Niche Logo Contest**
**1. Contest Overview**
Participants are invited to vote for their favorite logo design for *Narrative Niche*. Each voter will be entered into a drawing to win a **$100 prize**.
**2. Eligibility**
- Open to legal residents of the **United States**.
- Must be **18 years or older** to vote and enter the drawing.
- Only one vote per person is allowed. Duplicate votes will be disqualified.
- Employees, immediate family members, and affiliates of the contest organizers are **not** eligible to win the drawing.
**3. How to Enter**
- Vote for your favorite logo via the form on the Narrative Niche website.
- Provide a valid email address to be entered into the drawing.
- Votes must be submitted by **Friday, March 21, 2025** at **3:00 PM MST**.
**4. Winner Selection & Notification**
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The drawing will be conducted **Friday, March 21, 2025** at **7:44 PM MST**.
- The winner will be notified via **email** and must respond within **72 hours** to claim the prize.
- If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.
**5. Prize Details**
- The winner will receive a **$100** prize, delivered via **PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or another agreed-upon method**.
- The prize is **non-transferable** and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
- Any taxes or fees associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
**6. General Conditions**
- By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules.
- The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraudulent activity.
- The organizer is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical issues.
- The contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and is **void where prohibited**.

- Personal information collected will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared or sold, however, you may receive an email from Narrative Niche from time to time. You can opt out of this by unsubscribing to emails from Narrative Niche.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes.
