Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from our store. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order of books or trading cards, please review our return policy below.

Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, and undamaged. For trading cards, all original packaging and protective sleeves must be included.

To start a return, please contact us at info@narrativeniche.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions on how to send your items back.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange for a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

Exceptions
Please note, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used books and trading cards
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
Digital products or downloads

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a damaged product).
