Well folks, I have been doing some light editing of Mysterious Ways. I wrote the first draft in Google Docs because I find Google a lot less intimidating than MS Word, which makes it easier to free write and boost word counts. I suppose I could do the same in Word by turning off the editor, but there's still too many distractions for me. But that was the first draft.
For the second draft I am using Word, because now it's time to batten down the hatches... is it hatches or latches? I forget. Anyway, I copied the finished draft to Word and had it marked as a formal document. Right away, I edited almost everything that was marked, just to clean it up a bit and give it a once-over. There were a lot of things I disagreed on though, and that's a different topic. I'm going to have a hard time writing in this forum, as one of my own guidelines is to stay on topic. some I don't agree with.
So, to wrap up this update: I'm editing Chapter 5 of 35 and I have to buckle down and go work at Walmart or something, cause this blogging business ain't payin' the bills and Momma's gettin' pissed! Cheers! ☮️
